1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RunClaw, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

RunClaw provides a platform for deploying and managing OpenClaw AI agents on your own VPS. Our service includes:

  • Deployment automation for OpenClaw instances
  • Management dashboard for your instances
  • Integration with Telegram and other messaging platforms
  • Monthly subscription with included AI credits

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Using the service in a manner that does not violate any third-party rights
  • Managing your own VPS and ensuring it meets system requirements

4. API Keys and Tokens

You are responsible for providing and securing your own API keys (OpenRouter, Telegram bot tokens, etc.). We do not store or have access to your API keys beyond what is necessary to deploy your instance. You are responsible for any charges incurred through your API keys.

5. Subscription and Billing

RunClaw operates on a monthly subscription model:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
  • Included AI credits expire at the end of each billing cycle

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Your AI agent runs on your VPS, so its availability depends on your server's uptime.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RunClaw to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Limitation of Liability

RunClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or issues with your VPS or third-party integrations.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
